JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER OF METROPOLITAN DETROIT
The Jewish Community Center Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at 7:30 p.m.
at the Jewish Community Center D. Dan & Betty Kahn Building on the Eugene & Marcia Applebaum Jewish
Community Campus in West Bloomfield. The following business will be conducted at the meeting:

Jewish Apartments & Services, Inc., Jcare, Inc., JAS Hechtman I Nonprofit Corporation,
JFA Non-Profit Housing_ Corporation, Jewish Apartments & Services Phase IV, Inc., JAS
Non-Profit Housing Corporation VI, and Jewish Apartments & Services Foundation will
hold their Annual Meeting of Members on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, at 5:00 p.m: at the
Harriett & Ben Teitel Jewish Apartments, 15106 W. Ten Mile Road, Oak Park, Michigan,
for the purpose of electing members to the Board of Directors and for the transaction of
such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Nominations for Directors are as follows:
First one-year term ending June, 2007: Jamie Ben.
First three-year terms ending June, 2009: Jeremy Crane, Lynda Glasser and
Arlene Selik.
New three-year terms ending June, 2009: Gary Cooper, Nancy Siegel
Heinrich, Diane Klein, Lea Luger, Eli Scherr, Nancy Shapiro, David Techner
and Steven Weinstock.
New two-year term ending 2008: Hadas Bernard
Nomination to Honorary Life Member status: Marvin Talan.
The following slate of officers will be presented as nominees:
President: Cheryl Guyer; Vice Presidents: Larry Tisdale, David Steuer,
Susan Harold and Jon Podolsky; Treasurer: Harold Etkin; Assistant Treasurer:
Steven Weinstock; Secretary: Nancy Siegel Heinrich; Assistant Secretary:
Daniel Klein.
In accordance with the Bylaws, other qualified persons may be nominated for election by
a petition signed by not fewer than fifty (50) members of the Corporation and filed with
Marsha Goldsmith Kamin, Executive Director, not less than ten (10) days prior to the date
of the Annual Meeting. Only one (1) person may be nominated by each such petition and
no nomination shall be valid unless the nominee shall have consented to such nomination.
