arrived the day before to attend a
Havdalah service at the Jefferson
Memorial sponsored by the Religious
Action Center, the social action arm
of the Reform movement.
"It was an appropriate way to get
your spirit ready for something like
this," Rabbi Tisdale said of the event
that drew about 300 people.
