Rossmoore of Birmingham
are pleased to announce the engagement of
their daughter Jennifer to Anthony Vitale,
son of Sal and Linda Vitale of Grosse Pointe
Woods.
Jennifer obtained a bachelor of science
degree in environmental science from
Oakland University and is a law student at
Wayne State University in Detroit.
Anthony attended Macomb Community
College and owns his own restaurant busi-
ness in St. Clair Shores.
A June wedding is planned.

Marla to DaVid Mellon, son of Kim Mellon of
.Philadelphia, Pa., and the late Joseph Mellon
Sr.
Marla earned her bachelor of arts degree
in architecture from Washington University
in St. Louis and her master of architecture
, degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
She is a registered architect and an associate
at Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects in Neiv Haven,
Conn.
Dave received his bachelorpf science
degree in construction management from
Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, Mass. He oversees construction of com-
mercial projects for a Connecticut-based construction management firm.
A May wedding is planned in New York City.

Hechtman-Tschumy

ynthia Dawn Hechtman and
William Tschumy were recently
married at Temple Israel. Rabbi
Paul Yedwab and cantorial soloist Neil
-
Michaels officiated.
Cynthia is the daughter of Michael
and Barbara Hechtman of Waterford.
The groom is the son of Ted and Freda
Tschumy of Miami, Fla. The couple were
delighted to have Cynthia's grandmother
Mollye Hechtman attend•the ceremony.
Cynthia and William delayed their hon-
eymoon to return to their home in San
Francisco.
