Make Mine Matzah
Matzah will be the big attraction
at the Jewish Community Center
in West Bloomfield when Shalom
Street opens its Matzah Factory,
a taste of Passover with a little
hands-on experience running
March 26 through April 2.
For two consecutive Sundays
from 1 to 5 p.m., and by appoint-
ment Monday through. Thursday
from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., children are
welcome to explore the 18-min-
ute wonder of Shmurah matzah
making, baking and tasting. With
the support of

Douglas Bloom
of Bloomfield
Hills, and under
the rabbinic
supervision of
Rabbi Aaron
Amzalak and
members of the
Bais Chabad
of Oak Park,

Matzah Factory, visitors to Shalom

symbols of the Passover Seder
