With generous funding from The Benard L. Maas Foundation, presents:

Nonie Darwish

This Sunday, April 2 at 4:00 p.m.
Holocaust Memorial Center
28123 Orchard Lake Road (north of 12)
Admission: $5; Students Free

Nonie Darwish, a Muslim-born Egyptian, earned her degree
from American University 'of Cairo and worked as an editor
and translator at the Middle East News Agency. Her father
founded the Palestinian Fedayeen responsible for killing 400
Israelis. Nonie is a journalist, public speaker and the founder
of Arabs for Israel.

O

"I learned to hate Israelis and Jews at an early age. I learned that hate, vengeance and retaliation are important
values to protect Islam and Arab honor. The severe indoctrination is devastating on children. Those who end up as
terrorists are simply the ones who took their education and upbringing seriously and did as they were told."

,

Come hear why LAS. Senator Susan Collins of Maine recently told an audience of 5,000
pro-Israel activists: "Nonle Darwish is proof that hearts can be changed, that the spark of
humanity, once lit, cannot be extinguished."

Torah-Based Mysticism
on our Lives Today"

A recent study by Harvard
University academics stated
that the U.S.-Israel relation-
ship sacrifices American
interests to a foreign power,
hurting "every facet of
American life" -- the econo-
my, the war on terror, rela-
tions with Arab and Muslim
nations, freedom of speech
and assembly, and more.

The Answer:

The study has been attacked
as faulty scholarship by
such experts as Ruth Wisse,
Marvin Kalb and Alan
Dershowitz. The study also
ignores the American public's
broad support for Israel, the
multiple benefits of the U.S.-
Israel strategic relationship,
and Israel's role as a model
of human rights and democ-
racy in a still mainly feudal
and tribal Middle East.
