Community Connections Coordinator to help people
with developmental disabilities explore their interests and
opportunities for making connections within the commu-
nity. Coordinator is responsible for hiring, supervising
and training staff in the Making Community
Connections program, identifying community groups and
activities of interest, as well as creating a written commu-
nity strategy for persons served by the program.
Candidates must have flexibility with scheduling and be
