SCOTT MORTON, 50 of West Palm
Beach, Fla., formerly of Bloomfield
Hills, died Feb. 8, 2006 in Miami, Fla.
He was an avid animal lover and a
supporter of PETA.
Mr. Morton is survived by.his loving
wife, Anita of West Palm Beach; moth-
er, Audrey Morton of Boynton Beach,
Fla.; sisters, Suzanne Morton of
Chicago, Jill Frank of West Palm Beach.

EARL R. RUBY, 90, formerly of
Chicago, died Jan. 6, 2006. He was a
member of the Disabled American
Veterans, the Jewish War Veterans and
B'nai B'rith Sports Lodge. For 21 years
he owned Cobo Cleaners in Detroit and
for many years was president of the 12th
Precinct Businessmen's Association.
Mr. Ruby is survived by his wife,
Margelee Ruby of West Bloomfield;
son and daughter-in-law, Robert and
Judy Ruby of Fairfax, Calif.; daughters
and son-in-law, Denise Ruby Reuven
of West Bloomfield, Joyce (Ruby) and
Clifford Berman of Bloomfield Hills; .
grandchildren, Stephan Ruby, Suzanne
Ruby, Shony Reuven, Robert Berman
and Gabriel Berman. He was the
youngest brother of the late Hymen
Rubenstein, the late Ann Volpert, the
late Marion Carroil, the late Eva
Grant, the late Eileen Kaminsky, the
late Jack Ruby and the late Sam Ruby.
