Faya Gene received a degree in Dance from Columbia University in
New York City. At Columbia she performed with many of the country's top
choreographers from New York and LA. Faya's extraordinary talent and
personality earned her the lead role of Sophie for the Broadway musical
Mama Mia in 2003. in addition to Dance. Faye recently completed a
Masters degree in Jewish Education from The Jewish Theological Seminary.

Faya continues to strengthen her love of dance and education through
her rote as Creative Director at Star Trax Event Productions — she has taken
her unique abilities and applied them to create the most EXCITING pre-teen
dance program in the country.

ulie Schwartz and Josh Wohl were married recently at Adat Shalom
Synagogue. Rabbis Daniel Nevins and Herbert Yoskowitz of Adat Shalom
and Rabbi Norman Roman of Temple Kol Ami officiated.
The bride is the daughter of-Robert and Harriet Schwartz of West Bloomfield.
The groom is the son of Milt and Renee Wohl, also of West Bloomfield.
Amy Schwartz, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Dani Wohl, brother
of the groom, was the best man. The bridesmaids were Kim Schon, Liz Beresh
and Julie Bagley. Groomsmen were Mark Frankel, Ben Roth, Gabe Schuckman
and Mike Schuckman.
Julie is a graduate of Michigan State University and received her master's
degree from the Davidson School of the Jewish Theological Seminary. She is
employed at Steven Wise Free Synagogue.
Josh is a graduate of University of Michigan and attends rabbinical school at
the Jewish Theological Seminary.
The couple reside in New York City.

laine and Robert Cohen celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Dec.
18. They shared a special dinner with' their children, Mark and Robin
.41 Cohen, Jimmy Cohen, Danny and Nancy Cohen. Also joining them were
their grandchildren, David, Joshua, Aaron, Matthew and Allison. The Cohens will
vacation in California and Puerto Vallarta as a gift from their children.
