ill Bruss and Loren Rivkin were recently married at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek in Southfield. The ceremony was officiated by Rabbi Joseph Krakoff
and Cantor Chaim Najman. Jill is the daughter of Lauren and Joel Bruss of
est Bloomfield; Loren is the son of Helen and Richard Rivkin of Deerfield, Ill.
The bride's dear friends Lisa Klein and Lori Serlin served as matrons of
honor. Bridesmaids included Marah Bean, Kimberly Blum, Ilana Glazier, Jaime
Harper, Rebecca Ingis, Julie Kochavi and Loren's sister Michelle Rivkin.
The groom's brother Jason Rivkin and his cousin Lee Bass served as best
men. Groomsmen included Brian Abbott, Lew Barnett, David Blackstone, Robert
Kahn, Jonathan Schonfeld, Jill's brother Jonathan Bruss and groomswoman
Ronna Belinky. Lisa Fenberg, Janet Gendelman, Brett Feinberg and Barry
Kesselman greeted guests.
Jill and Loren were thrilled to have Jill's bubbie Jacqueline Posner and Loren's
nana and papa Corrine and Norman Rivkin participate in their simchah.
The couple honeymooned in Italy and live in Chicago.

hristine Ann O'Shell and Jason Bennett (J'Ben) Pikstein were recently
married at the Temple Club in Lansing. Rabbi Baroff of Congregation
Shaarey Zedek in Lansing officiated.
Christine is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roland B. Rohrer and Mr. Robert E.
Bradshaw. She is pursuing a degree in elementary education with special certifica-
tion in middle level education; she is attending Central Michigan University. Jason
(J'Ben) is the son of Ms. Gail Mash and Mr. and Mrs. Morton Pikstein. He is a grad-
uate of the Specs Howard School of Broadcasting in Southfield and is the master
control board operator and promotion producer at Fox Channel 47 in Lansing.
The matron of honor N'vas Maria Linderman, sister of the groom. Bridesmaid was
Jamie Rohrer, sister of the bride. Best man was Jesse Grant and ushers were David
Slack, Geena Rohrer, sister of the bride, and Zenah Mitchel.
