I ivlazel Toy! Kander-De Young . N oreen and Raymond De Young of Ann Arbor announce the engage- ment of their daughter Jessica to Jacob Kander, son of Ken and Lisa Kander of Holly. Jessica has earned a degree in elementary education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Jacob earned a degree in film and psychology at U-M. He is employed at the University of Michigan Hillel. A June wedding is planned in Ann Arbor. Dreyfuss-Rosenberg Kotler-Cohen ana Erin Cohen and Barry Jay Kotler were recently married at a pri- vate home in Encino, Calif. Rabbi Ron Stern of the Stephen S. Wise Temple in Los Angeles officiated. The bride is the daughter of Carol Cohen of West Bloomfield and Steven Cohen of Commerce Township. The groom is the son of Maureen Kotler of Glencoe, Ill., and the late Edward Kotler. The couple were thrilled to have their family participate in the ceremony. They were joined by Matthew Cohen, brother of the bride; Marley Kotler, sister of the groom; Dana and Lee Kotler, brother and sister-in-law of the groom; and Amy Nickin and Jodi Prince, cousins of the bride. Dana and Barry were honored to have their grandparents Bette Cohen and Edith and Albert Kotler share in their special day. The bride and groom honeymooned in Hawaii and reside in Santa Monica, Calif. Slan-Halman H eather Pamela Dreyfuss and Stevan Rafi Rosenberg were recently married at Temple Beth El. Rabbi David Castiglione, Rabbi Joseph Krakoff, Rabbi Daniel Syme, cantorial soloist Rachel Gottlieb and Cantor Chaim Najman officiated. Heather is the daughter of Dr. Donald and Elisa Dreyfuss of Bloomfield Hills. Stevan is the son of Dr. David and Ann Rosenberg of West Bloomfield. Hayley Dreyfuss and Heidi Dreyfuss were the maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Rochelle-Leigh Rosenberg, Dr. Sharon Rosenberg, Rebecca Grunberg, Stephanie Maslin, Laurie Polen and Stephani Simon. Dr. Barry Rosenberg and Kevin Rosenberg were the best men. Groomsmen were Heath Dreyfuss, Stuart Brody, Paul Been, David Feld, Adam Grant, Joshua Rosenzweig and Andrew Schwartz. Andrew Rosenberg, nephew of the groom, also participated. The couple were honored and thrilled to have Heather's grandmother Beatrice Katz, and Stevan's grandmothers Dina Brodsky and Lillian Rosenberg Marrich share in this special occasion. Heather's grandmother Frances Dreyfuss, unable to attend, sent her best wishes from Fairfield, Iowa. The couple honeymooned in Hawaii. Lauren Geller served as the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Lori Feldman, Haley Pollack, Amanda Reeves, K.B. McArdle and Jennifer Slan, sister- in-law of the bride. Nya Weiss, cousin of the groom, was the flower girl. The best man was Seth Halman, brother of the groom. Groomsmen included Jason McCune, Adam French and the bride's brothers, Todd Slan and Joshua Slan. Steve Goldstein and Molly Rose Elkins-Ryan witnessed the ketubah signing. Following a honeymoon in Maui and Kauai, the couple reside in Monkton, Vt.
