FREDA KUTZEN, 85, of Farmington
Hills, died Dec. 13, 2005.
She is survived by her sons, Paul
Baskin of Newport Beach, Calif.,
Robert Baskin of Murrieta, Calif.;
granddaughter, Nicole "Nicki"
Cartwright. She was the beloved wife
of the late Gerald Kutzen and Joseph
Baskin; sister of the late Irvin Atlas,

Ben Atlas and Sarah Portnoy.

ANNA ZUCKER LEVIN, 82, of Sunny
Isles Beach, Fla., formerly of Oak Park,
died Dec. 18, 2005. After escaping per-
secution in Poland, she came to
America with her beloved late hus-
band, Nathan and late brother Steven.
Her passion for Jewish culture led her
to be an active member of the Jewish
community and to teach in Europe,
Detroit and Miami for over 50 years.
After retiring in Florida, she spent
the last 15 years of her life traveling
the world with her beloved late hus-
band Peter Levin. Mrs. Levin is sur-
vived by her children, Marvin and
Renee Zucker of West Bloomfield,
Goldie and Hanan Weizman of
Ashville, N.C.; grandchildren, Elanit,
Dr. Michael and Dr. Della Weizman,
Sharone Weizman, Zachary Zucker,
Gary Zucker; great-grandchild, Adina
Weizman; sister-in-law, Helen Goldin.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Nathan Zucker, the late Peter Levin;
loving sister of the late Steven Goldin,
the late Ephraim Goldin.
Interment at Hebrew Memorial
