Steve Astrein filled in for Rosenberg and was fantastic in a relief role, running for five touchdowns. Astrein also was the quarterback in Jolson's two previous playoff games, played Nov. 27. He threw a "hail Mary" touchdown pass to Max Weberman from midfield on the final play to beat Greenberg A in the semifinals.
