essica Palter isn't-old enough to be a customer in any club that serves -
liquor, but she's regularly allowed inside a few anyway. That's because
she's the musical entertainment — mostly performing jazz but with
some pop, blues and R .& B in the mix.
Palter, 20, sings as part of the Jessica Palter Quartet that includes Mike Jellick
on piano, Ben Williams on bass and Nate Winn or Thaddeus Dixon on drums.
