EDWIN RABIN, 74, of Flint, died Nov. 30,
2005. He was an attorney with a general
practice in Flint. He was also a graduate of
the University of Wisconsin law school.
Mr. Rabin is survived by his son and

Illinois; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa
and Robert Lederer of Illinois, grandchild,
Max Rabin; mother-in-law, Ruth Jaslow. He
was the beloved husband of the late Diane
Jaslow Rabin; cherished brother of the late
