belonged to the Calvary Club and
the Drumlins Golf Club.
Mr. Mamat is survived by his wife
of 61 years, Annette; son and
daughter-in-law, Frank and Kathy
Mamat of West Bloomfield; daugh-
ter and son-in-law, Terri and Hugh
Karangelen; grandchildren,
Jonathan and Steven Mamat, Kate
and Mark Karangelen; sister, Lillian
Schechter.
Services were at Birnbaum
Funeral Chapel in Syracuse; inter-
ment at Beth El Cemetery.

DAVID MICHAELSON, 89, former
Detroiter of Jacksonville, Fla., died
Nov. 7, 2005. He was a pharmacist
and owner of Main Drugs in Hazel
Park and previously in Detroit.
Mr. Michaelson is survived by his
sons and daughters-in-law, Dr.
Ronald and Jackie Michaelson of
West Bloomfield, Stuart Michaelson
and Judge Susan Borman of Detroit;
daughter, Marcia Millstone of
Florida; former son-in-law, Dr.
Stuart Millstone; grandchildren, Dr.
Jefferey and Dr. Jodi Michaelson, Dr.
Jeremy and Melissa Michaelson, Jill
Millstone, Chelsea Millstone and
Johanna Borman; great-grandchil-
dren, Connor, Dalia, Noah and
Merrick Michaelson; brothers-in-
law and sisters-in-law, Martin
Gorosh and Carol Clamage, Leonard
and Puggy Gorosh. He was the
beloved husband of the late
Charlotte Michaelson; brother of the
late Joseph Michaelson; dear broth-
er-in-law of the late Betty Racklin
