Chess and Kevin Blitz were recently married at Temple
Israel. Nancy is the daughter of Phyllis and Ronald Chess of
West Bloomfield. Kevin is the son of Marci and Ivan Blitz of
Philadelphia. Rabbi Paul Yedwab and Rabbi Joshua Bennett officiated.
Nancy's maids of honor were best friend Natalie Stern and best
friend/cousin Lindsay Berman. Bridesmaids were Lauren Cantor,
Stacey Blitz, Elizabeth Gilroy-Solano, Stacy Lipson and Christina
Austin.
Best man was Alan Blitz, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were
Jason Chess, brother of the bride, Brandon Berman, Leonard Gilroy-
Solano, Kevin Brand and Phillip Powell. Adorable flower girl and ring
bearer were Zoe Yedwab and Mason DiCicco. Darling petal pushers
were Halley and Grace DiCicco and Hannah Braverman.
The couple were thrilled to have Nancy's grandma Ruth Kaplan and
Kevin's bubbie Miriam Blitz participate in their simchah. Nancy's
grandpa Hyman Kaplan, grandma Dorothy Chess and Kevin's grand-
fathers Nathan Blitz and Jack Rothman were remembered during the
wedding blessings.
Following a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, the couple reside in West
Bloomfield.
