BESS N. ADASKIN, 91, of
Livonia, died Oct. 21, 2005.
She is survived by her many
loving nieces and nephews; great
-nieces and great-nephews. She
was the dear sister of the late
Saul Adaskin, the late Leah Kash,
the late Sophia Wilner.

beloved husband of the late

Allen Berke.

BLANCHE FEIGENSON, 96, of
Rochester Hills, died Oct. 23,
2005. A manager of residential
rental property, she was a past
president of Na'amat.
She is survived by a sister,
Gertrude Schmittel; brother and
sister-in-law, Phillip and Evelyn
Feigenson; 18 nieces and
nephews; 24 great-nieces and
great-nephews; five great-great-
nieces and great-great-nephews.
She was the beloved daughter of
the late Ben Feigenson and the
late Celia (Feinglass) Feigenson;
dear sister of the late Ruth
Rosenthal; devoted sister-in-law
of the late William Schmittel and
the late Dr. Samuel Rosenthal.

FISHER, 77, of Detroit, died Oct.
22, 2005. He was a professor of
English at the University of
Michigan, Dearborn campus,
Wayne State University and the
Detroit Institute of Technology.
He is survived by his lifetime
companion, Joan Feret; cousins,
Dr. Morris Mintz, Marvin Fisher;
many dear friends. He was the
loving son of the late Sidney
Fisher and the late Mary Fisher.

SHERRE GLADSTONE, 84, of
Bloomfield Hills, died Oct. 21,
2005. She was the first executive
secretary at

Emanu-El and

several retail
uniform stores.
She was also a
member of
