NORMAN RANDEL, 71, of Farmington Hills, died Oct. 9, 2005. A phar- macist, Mr. Randel owned two drug stores called Vermont Drugs until the Detroit riots and then Randel moved to the single location in Taylor in 1967. He was in the last class of Wayne University before it became Wayne State. He was a supporter of Disabled American Veterans, the Holocaust Centers in West Bloomfield and Washington, the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the American Red Magen David for Israel.
