aakov and Levana Tzuriel of Elkanah, Israel, are pleased to
announce the engagement of their daughter Ayelet to Daniel
Reuben Berkove, son of Gail and Lawrence Berkove of
Southfield.
Ayelet holds a master's degree in education from Bar-Ilan
University in Israel and is a high school Hebrew teacher in Givat
Shmuel near Tel Aviv.
After graduating from the University of Michigan with a dual major
in history and Russian language and literature, Daniel lived and
worked in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Paris. He now lives in Jerusalem
and does business for Metal-Tech Ltd.
The couple will wed in November in Jerusalem and will live in Givat
Shmuel.

mily Tompkins and Adam Fields were recently married sur-
rounded by the Rocky Mountains at the Ritz Canton-Bachelor
Gulch in Avon, Colo. Rabbi Jamie Korngold officiated.
Emily is the daughter of Carolyn and Stuart Tompkins of
Farmington Hills. Adam is the son of Dr. Miriam Bower Fields of
Boulder, Colo., and the late Dr. Samuel R. Fields.
Leslie Zukosky was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kathy
Fitzpatrick, Lonnee Cohen, Maria Myerson, Julie Roen, Kelly Koltonow
and Amy Dukeman.
Ronen Glimer was the best man. Groomsmen were.Seth Tompkins,
Joe Dukeman, Andrew Waggoner, David Linder, Chris Pala, Craig
Koltonow and Chase Burton.
Ketubah signers were Lindsey Gottlieb, Michael Topor and Allison
and Craig Kaufman.
The couple plan a honeymoon in Hawaii. They reside in Denver.
