Recently, a book entitled,
"The Whole Soy Story," by Kaayla
Daniel, has fueled the discus-
sion, examining issues beyond the
FDA's limited labeling approval.

What to believe? The best advice
I can give is: (1) Be aware of the
competing commercial interests
(soy vs. dairy/meat); (2) Know your
own medical circumstances; (3)
Be mindful that good nutrition is
about intelligent choices and bal-
ance; and (4) Consult your trusted
healthcare professional.
