HAROLD BERNARD
"BARRY" GOLDBERG, 90, of

West Bloomfield, died Sept. 22,
2005. He was born in Chicago
and lived for over 80 years in
the Detroit area. For the last 50
years, he was a resident of West
Bloomfield He worked as a
master plumber in his own
business. His last 20 working
years were spent as a pipe fitter
at Ford Motor/Sterling.
He had a passion for flying,
and kept his private pilot's
license current for 50 years. Mr.
Goldberg was a member of the
Pinsker Progessive Aid Society.
Mr. Goldberg is survived by
his daughter and son-in-law,
Loraine and James Ledford of
Madison Heights; son and
daughter-in-law, Alan and
Jackye Goldberg of Overland
Park, Kan.; seven grandchil-
dren; eight great-grandchildren.
He was the brother of the late
Roslyn Goldberg Shafkind.
Contributions may be made
to a charity of one's choice.
Services and interment at
Pinsker Cemetery, a section of
Hebrew Memorial Park.

TASSA HORNUNG, 86, of Oak

Park, died Sept. 18, 2005.
She is survived by her son,

grandson, Zachary Weinstein.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Dolek "Dave" Hornung.
