She is the daughter of Connie
Herty and Steven and Kathy Herty
and the sister of Lauren, Shoshana,
Rebecca and Joshua. Her grand-
parents are Mae and Matthew
Herty and David Brevoort and the
late Mollie Brevoort.
Mollie attends Warner Middle
School in Farmington Hills. She
played violin at a retirement home
as part of her mitzvah projects.
Julia Beth Hollander will be
called to the Torah as a bat mitz-
vah on
Friday, Sept.
30, at Temple
Beth El. She
is the daugh-
ter of Jane E.
Smitt and
Harvey
Hollander
and the sister Hollander
of Matthew
and David. Her grandparents are
June and Mary Lieberman and the
late Richard E. Smitt and Terry and
Martin Hollander and the late Jean
Hollander.
Julia attends Derby Middle
School in Birmingham. Her mitz-
vah projects included collecting art
supplies for the Michigan
Hemophilia Foundation Summer
Camp.

1. She is the
Pickman
grandchild of
Lenore Pickman and Rhoda Scott.
She is also the grandchild of the
late Sam Pickman and the late Carl
Scott.
Jenna attends Norup School in
Oak Park. As part of her mitzvah
projects, she volunteered at Yad
Ezra in Berkley.

He is the
