Thirty years after it was built and 25 years since they

I bought it, Tony and Phyllis Payson decided they'd rather
update than move away from their Walnut Lake home that
included a feature Tony simply couldn't give up—fly fishing
right outside his door.

"I catch a lot of bass out there," he said.

The first step in their monumental redo was searching for and
selecting the right company for the job—Gittleman. "We
couldn't have found a better company," said Tony. "The whole
place needed refurbishing." From top to bottom, inside and
out, the Payson family home was transformed from a 1970's
house to a fabulous 21st century residence with a new roof
and roofline, cathedral ceilings and new windows, a state-of-
the-art kitchen, his & her walk-in closets, limestone floors,
marble fireplaces and more. It has become, they said, "the
house we've always wanted."

Best yet, it happened without hassle, within budget and ahead
of time. In February, the Paysons moved out and Gittleman
took over. By Memorial Day, Phyllis was busy with the decorator, finishing the interior exactly as she
dreamed and Tony was casting away from his own backyard. Now, grandchildren come by to visit and
friends are amazed by their all new old home.

"It looks just great," said Tony. "Scott Gittleman was terrific, the company was terrific, they all did a
wonderful job, really just out of this world."

And totally down to earth. "He kept in close contact with us at all times. And if there was a problem it
was taken care of immediately."

So when you decide you want to stay where you are but refresh the space you're living in, call in the
crew from Gittleman to rebuild your tired place into the home of your dreams.

JUST ASK TONY AND PHYLLIS PAYSON.
