Films from Ireland, Israel, England, Wales, Australia, Spain and the United States make up this year's selection. Audience members will be handed a voting card upon entry and asked to vote for a winning filmmaker. The winner will be announced at a final screening Sept. 25 in Union Square Park in New York City.
