Fact Finders Return

Members of the Michigan Legislature have returned from a fact-finding mission to
Israel, sponsored by the Jewish Community Council of Metropolitan Detroit.
While in Jerusalem, they visited the Hadsassah University Hospital-Ein Kerem,
where they were briefed about Hadassah's preparedness measures for treating vic-
tims of biological and chemical attack.
In the trauma unit of Hadassah's Judy and Sidney Swartz Center for Emergency
Medicine, they received a graphic example of the damage inflicted on the human
body by the metal and hardware that terrorists usually pack into their bombs.
