Jerusalem has managed to virtually duplicate it.)

7 green apples, sliced very thin

3 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. vanilla

Brown sugar and cinnamon, about 1/2 cup (or more, to taste)

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and place on bottom of a greased nar-

row loaf pan or 8-inch by 8-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients

and spread over cinnamon-brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle more brown

sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden on top.
