She was born in Russia and moved to Corpus Christi, Texas, when she was 7. She resided there until 2001, when she moved to Houston to be closer to her family. She was a longtime owner of Bein Royal Fur Co. and a founding family member of B'nai Israel Synagogue. Mrs. Bein is survived by her loving children, Marvin Bein and his wife Marilyn, Bryna Bein Levi, Beverly Bein Liss and her husband, Arthur of West Bloomfield; beloved grandchil- dren, Tracie Bein, Elissa Levi and her fiance Mike Unger, Janna Levi, Jeremy Liss and his wife Stephanie, Lindsey Liss Gell and her husband Jeff, Zachary Liss and Ilana Kohen; cher- ished great-grandchildren, Micah and Maxwell Liss and Jesse Gell. BEZ, 66, of West Bloomfield, died June 27, 2005. A general surgeon in osteopatic medi- cine, he was in private practice. The former chief of staff at BI-County Hospital in Warren, he had also been the chief of surgery at BI-County. Dr. Bez was a member of Adat Shalom Synagogue. He was also a member of Bez the American Osteopathic Association, a life member of Clinton River Boat Club and a Mason. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Linda Bez of West Bloomfield; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Ilene Bez of Farmington Hills; daugh- ters and sons-in-law, Lisa and David Anderson of Florida, Julie and Scott Singer of Prospect, Ky.; grandchildren, Shayna and Melanie Bez, Zachary and Jordan Anderson, Braydon and Corey Singer; brother and sisters-in-law, Dr. Bert and Carol Bez of E.
