Dr. Shmarak's career included being dental administrator at Newark Beth , Israel Medical Center, director of clinics at Fairleigh Dickinson University, direc- tor of clinics at University of Colorado School of Dentistry. He also served as dental director of the Wayne County Health Department, director of regional operations Midwest for Cigna Dental Health Inc. and vice president of Ennikskerry & Spencer.
