working at Congregation Beth Ahm

Erin Lindsay
Harwood will be
called to the Torah
as a bat mitzvah
Saturday, May 21,
at Temple
Emanu-El. She is the daughter of
Debbie and Jeffrey Harwood and
sister of Lauren. Proud grandparents
are Marilyn and Bernard Harwood.
She is also the granddaughter of the
late Elayne Harelik.
Erin is a seventh-grade honor stu-
dent at Norup Middle School in
Oak Park. For her mitzvah project,
she spent an entire summer working
at the temple's nursery school day
camp.

Taylor Faith
Lederman, daugh-
ter of Suzy and
Rick Lederman,
will celebrate her
bat mitzvah as she
reads from the
Torah Saturday,
May 21, at
Temple Israel. She is the sister of
Jordan and the grandchild of Evelyn
and Abe Saham, Judie and Mort
Plotnick, and Rochelle and Bob
Lederman.
An honor student at Orchard
Lake Middle School in West
Bloomfield, Taylor was a peer pal at
her school, donated her hair to
"Locks of Love," and raised funds
for both the Tsunami Relief Fund
and the Crohn's and Colitis
Foundation as part of her mitzvah
projects.

Eric Andrew
Lipshaw will be
called to the
bimah as he cele-
brates his bar
mitzvah at Adat
Shalom
Synagogue
Saturday, May 21.

Celebrating with Eric will be his
very proud parents, Lori and Jeffrey
Lipshaw, and brother Stephen. Also
participating in this simchah will be
Eric's ecstatic grandparents Harold
and Trudy Shapiro and Jackie
Lipshaw. He is also the grandson of
the late Alfred Lipshaw.
Eric is an honor student at
Clifford Smart Middle School in
Walled Lake. Some of his mitzvah
projects included packing and deliv-
ering food baskets to homebound
seniors and shaloch manor baskets to
JARC homes as well as making a
donation to the Jewish National
Fund.

Steven Michael
Neville will read
from the Torah on
the occasion of his
bar mitzvah at
Temple Israel
Saturday, May 21.
His parents are
Sheryl Neville and
John Neville. His proud grandpar-
ents are Terry and Kenny Lifton and
Mary Neville. He is also the grand-
child of the late Francis Neville. His
great-grandmother is Elaine Lifton
and he is also the great-grandchild of
the late Max Lifton and the late
Shirley and Al Bernstein.
Steven attends Orchard Lake

where he is an honor student. As
part of his mitzvah projects, he
chose to donate funds to the
Tsunami Relief Fund and made bas-
kets at Gleaners in Detroit for distri-
bution to the needy.

Robert Louis
Pasick will read
from the Torah as
he celebrates his bar
mitzvah at
Congregation Bet
Chaverim Saturday,
May 21. He is the
son of Michael
Pasick and Lora
Weingarden of Livonia and the older
brother of Evan Pasick. Robbie's proud
grandparents are Anne Pasick of Oak
Park and Esther Weingarden of West
Bloomfield, He is also the grandson of
the late Irving Robert Pasick and the
late Louis Weingarden.
Robbie is a seventh-grader at
Holmes Middle School in Livonia.
His mitzvah projects included volun-
teering at Boy's and Girl's Republic in
Farmington Hills, Yad Ezra in Berkley
and at Wayne County Kidspace.
