A well-funded group named Bloomfield 20/20 is running a slate of two candi-
dates for the May 3 school election with the stated aim of securing a four-vote
majority on the board.
This fringe special interest group is harming the school district and community!
They have created myths using half-truths, spin and scare tactics to:create the
perception that the financially sound district is fiscally irresponsible; assert that
the best schools in Michigan are failing the kids; convince voters that their right
to vote has been compromised; impede the democratic process and the free flow
of ideas by claiming that any individual or -group who disagree with them are
administration "puppets"; and attack and denigrate individuals of goodwill and
commitment to our students.
