Klinger Funeral Director Bloomfield Hills, died April 10, 2005. He grew up in northwest Detroit and attended Mumford High School, Wayne State University and the Illinois College of Optometry. He practiced his profession for over 35 years, providing care to numerous inner-city, low-income residents. Dr. Levine WaS also an art collector. His collection was rooted in American art of the 1930s and 1940s. More recent- ly, he developed an interest in African American art pieces. Dr. Levine is survived by his beloved wife, Rhonda Levine; daughter, Carli Levine of W Hollywood, Calif.; mother, Betty Levine of Southfield; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and William Lipton of West Bloomfield; brothers-in-law, Stephen Levine and Stuart (Susan Feigenson) Levine.
