Nathan Singer. He
is also the grand-
son of the late Ada Singer.
• Eric is an honor student at
Berkshire Middle School in Beverly
Hills. For his mitzvah project, he
worked at the Capuchin Soup
Kitchen in Detroit.

Leah Hilary Sternberg, daughter of
Amy and Randy Sternberg and sister
of Marla, will celebrate her bat mitz-
vah on Saturday, April16, at Temple

Bloomfield.
Helping her to
celebrate this spe-
cial occasion will
be her grandpar-
ents Mark and
Merrill Saidman
and Bob and Judee
Sternberg. Leah is
also very lucky to have her great-
grandmothers Helen August and
Virginia Hoffman with her on this
special day. Leah is the granddaugh-
ter of the late Mary Saidman.
Leah is an honor student at
Orchard Lake Middle School in
West Bloomfield. Her most mean-
ingful mitzvah projects include par-
ticipating in the Relay for Life walk,
and spending two years working as a
peer pal in a classroom for autistic
children.
