Mr. Rose and his father built Rose Bowl Lanes in Windsor in 1959. It became the site of many U.S. and Canadian bowling events. He brought the Professional Bowlers Tour to Windsor in the 1980s and was induct- ed into the Windsor-Essex County 10- Pin Bowling Association Hall of Fame in 1988.
