The judges picked its firm and tasty pan- seared sea scallop Rockefeller paired with a sub-par Sonoma Cueter wine Attend-ance count was around 600, with event for culinary scholar- ships raising about $30,000. Until 2002, Steve & Rocky's was always a bridesmaid or usher, but never a bride or groom ... Then win- ning top honors again ... after almost always ranking in the top five since the MCF&WE began.
