received the 2004 Innovative Idea
Award supported by Susan and Norman
Pappas and bestowed by the Jewish
Federation of Metropolitan Detroit.
Established in 1998 by the Pappases,
the award honors exceptional achieve-
ment and creativity of employees of
the Federation.
Echt is director of Federation's cam-
