Ruth and Jeffrey Bret.
Rachel received her bachelor's degree
from the University of Washington in
Seattle and her master's degree from
University of Arizona in Tucson. She is
administrative assistant at Goldberg &
Osborne in Phoenix, Ariz.
Jeff received his bachelor's degree from
Michigan State University and is direc-
tor of IT at Apollo College in Phoenix.
The couple reside in Scottsdale, Ariz.
A September wedding is planned in
Hawaii.

Zausmer to Rabbi Michael J. Schorin.
Jan is also the daughter of the late
Norman Zausmer. Michael is the son
of the late Harry and Henrietta
Schorin Metosky of Pittsburgh, Pa.
They reside in Chicago, where
Michael works at Northwestern
Memorial Hospital and Jan works for
Allstate. Michael graduated from the
University of Michigan, Jewish
Theological Seminary of America in
New York City and Chicago
Theological Seminary. Jan is mother of
Aryeh, Shlomo, Eliahu and Mickey
Karbal. She graduated from U-M.
A summer wedding is planned.
