SHERMAN 50TH

red and Frieda Sherman cele-
brated their 50th wedding
anniversary Oct. 30 with a
blessing by Rabbi Joseph Klein at
Temple Emanu-El. The celebration
continued with a dinner and dancing
at the Hilton in Troy. Joining in the
festivities were their children, Mark
and Bonnie Sherman, Bernard and
Sandra Sherman, Larry Sherman,
Howard and Ruth Sherman, and
Marlene and Scott Nyquist. Other cel-
ebrants were their nine grandchildren,
great-grandson Matthew, other rela-
tives and friends.
