the Torah as a bat mitzvah on Saturday,
Nov. 20, at Adat Shalom Synagogue.
Sharing in this
happy occasion will
be her parents, Lori
and Michael
Lieberman, and sib-
lings Andy and
Alana. Marni is the
granddaughter of
Marion and Warren
Wolfe, Phyllis and
Leon Shy, Cullen Lieberman and the
late Margaret Lieberman.
Marni attends Walnut Creek Middle
School in Walled Lake. She has volun-
teered at JARC, Yad Ezra and Locks of
Love. Her party centerpieces will be gift
baskets, to be donated to 13 charitable
organizations. She also organized a mitz-
vah road rally for her friends to partici-
pate in on the day of her bat mitzvah.

vah Friday, Nov. 19,
at Temple Beth El.
Her late grandpar-
ents are Nathan

Bernard Pesick.
Jacqueline is a sev-
enth-grader at Derby
Middle School in
Birmingham. For
her mitzvah project, she volunteered as
a Safety Town instructor for two ses-
sions this past summer.

Gabrielle Beth Ryan will be called to

the Torah as a bat mitzvah Saturday,
Nov. 20, at Temple Chai in Phoenix,
Ariz. She is the daughter of Lori and
James Ryan, who grew up in Michigan,
and sister of Noah. Excited are great-
grandmother Ellen Moss and grandpar-
ents Marilyn Fine,
Dean Fine and Iris
Czajkowski, Jo Ann
Ryan and Len
Baranski of
Michigan and Texas,
Larry and Sheila
Ryan of Las Vegas.
Gabrielle is the
great-granddaughter
of the late Milton Moss, Ceil and Harry
Fine, Margaret Crippen and Marian
Ryan.
Gabrielle is an eighth-grade student
at Mountainside Middle School. For
her mitzvah project, she volunteered at
the Scottsdale Arts Festival at the
Scottsdale Center of the Arts.
