Teen Connection's annual "Day
After Thanksgiving" program will be
at Whirlyball on Friday, Nov. 26.
Teen Connection, sponsored by
B'nai B'rith Youth Organization and
the Jewish Community Center, is
open to all Jewish seventh- and
eighth-graders.
The Whirlyball outing will be
held 3-5 p.m. at Whirlyball,
5700 Drake Road, West
Bloomfield. The cost is $20 for Teen
Connection members and $24 for
first-time guests. Cost includes
admission, adult supervision and
refreshments.

Some 125 members of the Youth
Federation of Temple Israel and the
temple's Monday Night School are
visiting Toronto this weekend.
The weekend theme is "God, Can
You Hear Me Now???" and will
reflect on the relationship between
modern Reform Jews and God.
David Lepofsky, a blind civil
rights lawyer, will discuss "God and
Disabilities." Other discussions will
focus on "God Shopping — Finding
a Personal Theology" and "Building
A Belief In God."
The teens will visit the Hockey
Hall of Fame, Sky Dome, CN Tower
and other sites and will be led by
Rabbi Joshua Bennett, advisers Suzi
Malach, Marci Zaman, Julie Stern
and their families.
