TILLIE MENDELSON, 93, of
Southfield, died Oct. 14, 2004.
For over 30 years,
she was a kinder-
garten teacher in
Detroit. She was also
a member of the
Brandeis Women's
League and a volun-
teer at the book sale, a
member of
ChaZaKah, a member
of Temple Israel Treasures and a vol-
unteer at Bussey Center, ECE, in
Southfield.
Mrs. Mendelson is survived by her
daughters and sons-in-law, Marilyn
and Sheldon Fealk of West
Bloomfield, Debbie and Bob Schor of
Mercer Island, Washington; grandchil-
dren, Dr. Michael and Janet Fealk, Dr.
Elizabeth and Dr. Peter Bachrach, Lisa
and Nicholas Stickler, Dr. Adam and
Leah Doberne-Schor, Benjamin Schor.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Abe Mendelson; dear sister of the late
Dora Heideman, the late Betty
Biederman, the late Lillian Linovitz,
the late Philip Heideman and the late
Alyce Heideman.

He practiced dentistry in Miami
Beach for 40 years before retiring.

RAE PEARLMAN, 85, of West
Bloomfield, died Oct. 26, 2004.
Mrs. Pearlman was a co-owner of
Macomb Farmer's Market for 17 years
as well as a volunteer at the Holocaust
Memorial Center. She served as a past
president of the Northville State
Hospital Auxiliary and was a member
of B'nai B'rith, Hadassah and ORT.
She is survived by sons and a
daughter-in-law, Iry and Glorianne
Pearlman of Farmington Hills, Gene
Pearlman of Olney, Ill.; grandchildren,
Stephen, Michael and Leslie Pearlman;
great-grandchild, Morgan.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Louis Pearlman; dear sister of the late
Bessie Fox and the late Eddie Klein.
