Senior Endowment Associate who will:
•Cultivate, solicit, and steward planned giving and major gift
($100,000+) prospects and donors.
• Manage approximately 75-100 prospects annually,
making approximately 10 20 personal visits monthly.
• Identify potential donors in order to create a portfolio
of major gift prospects.
•Act as a planned giving and endowment resource.
• Responsible for oversight of planned giving portfolio.
• Build strong relationships through first class donor
stewardship.
• Participate in the endowment marketing program.

• Ability to tap funding sources and think like an entrepreneur.
•Ability to work as part of a development team.
• Strong negotiating/planning experience and demonstrated
ability to close gifts.
•Able to engender trust and confidence with donors.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with development databases.
• Excellent oral and written communications as well as
organizational and interpersonal skills.
