suicide bombers to blow up Israeli civilians, was removed from
power. Today, Iraq is becoming the first democracy in

the Arab world.

Libya, a longtime supporter of terror was spending millions to
acquire chemical and nuclear weapons. Today, Libya's weapons

of mass destruction are sitting in a warehouse in Tennessee.

Two-thirds of Al Qaeda's senior operatives have been
captured or killed.
