ayley and Mark Snyder
were recently married at
Bay Pointe Country Club
in West Bloomfield.
Officiating were Rabbi Joshua Bennett
and cantorial soloist Neil Michaels of
Temple Israel.
Hayley is the daughter of Paul
Alekman of West Bloomfield and the
late Ann Alekman. Mark is the son of
Francie and Gary Snyder of West
Bloomfield.
Matron of honor was Fawn Chayet,
sister of the bride. Bridesmaids includ-
ed Joy Alekman, Marci Anstandig,
Melissa Fischer, Michelle Frankford,
Jenny Greenberg, Stacey Levine and
Sara Zonder.
Best man was Joel Snyder, brother
of the groom. Groomsmen included
David Alekman, Jeff Alekman, Owen
Alterman, Jeff Bagdade, Adam
Chayet, Rob Cohen, Brad Lan, Mike
Rosenberg, Scott Shapiro and Brad
Wachler. Ring bearers were Dean
Alekman, Mitchell Alekman and
Matthew Chayet.

The couple were honored to have
Hayley's grandmother Sophie
Alekman participate in the ceremony
and to have Mark's grandmother Zola
Snyder from California in their
thoughts. The memories of the cou-
ple's late grandparents Louis Alekman,
Bessie and Hyman Goldstein, Laura
and Martin Levine and Harry Snyder
were celebrated.

indy Cherny and James
Schneider were recently
married at the Birmingham
Community House. Judge James
Alexander officiated. The bride is the
daughter Karen and Seymour Cherny;
the groom is the son of Toni
Schneider and James D. Schneider.
Mindy's sister Sharon Stibor was
matron of honor; sister Kimberly
Cherny was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids included Tammy Fess,
sister of the groom, Maryann Quakers
and Janice Doty. The flower girl was
Angelina Schneider, niece of the
groom.
Andy Schneider, brother of the
groom, was the best man. The
groomsmen included Joshua Fess,
Dan Klein, Jon Russell and Jason
Schafer. The ring bearer was Cameron
Fess.
Mindy and Jim were honored to
have in attendance the groom's grand-
parents Ann and Anthony Weber and

Alice and Donald Schneider. The cou-
ple's thoughts were with Mindy's
grandmother Ida Cherny. The couple
lovingly remembers Mindy's grandpar-
ents Rose and Sidney Silver and
Sigmund Cherny.
The couple honeymooned in Italy
and the Mediterranean.
