When Alvin Foon had an idea to start a Hall of Fame in Detroit
in 1984 to honor Jewish athletes in Michigan, he went to his
friends Billy Jacobs, Myron Milgrom, Seymour Brode,
Mickey Fishman and Robert Steinberg and the rest is
history. Over the next 20 years the dreams of Alvin and his
friends have paved the way for a Hall of Fame that now has over
50 inductees.
