DIGEST Wayne State University Stroke Center is seeking individuals who have suffered a stroke that has caused weakness in one hand and/or arm to participate in an investigational research study. Purpose: The study will assess the safety and effectiveness of an implanted device* in treating patients who have reduced hand and/or arm function after stroke. Participation Criteria: Patients at least 21 years of age who have suffered a stroke, which has caused weakness in one hand and/or arm, may be eligible for this study.
