After a brief retirement, he launched his current company, Sundance Properties. Mr. Bayer is survived by his wife of 37 years, Margi Bayer; son and daughter-in- law, Daniel and Michelle Bayer of Bloomfield Hills; daughters and a son- in-law, Nicole and Andrew Stone, Lindsay Bayer; grandchildren, Jacob and Jaden Bayer; mother, Betsy and Arthur Peterman; brother and sister-in-law, Jon and Valerie Bayer. He was the beloved son of the late Carl Bayer; loving brother of the late Daniel Bayer. Interment at Clover Hill Park Ceme- field, died Oct. 4, 2004. He was a real estate attorney and was very active with Congregation Shaarey Zedek and its men's club, serving as its president from 1992- 1994. He was also a member of Knollwood Country Club and active with JARC. Mr. Bayer Bayer received his juris doc- tor degree from Wayne State University law school and was a partner at Bayer, Gornbein & tery. Contributions may be made to the Robert B.
