THEY'RE CARRYING THE WEIGHT OF THE WORLD
ON THEIR SHOULDERS...G1VE THEM A LIFT.

While the duties of Israel's soldiers are essential, the everyday
threat of violence takes its toll... emotionally and physically. The
lives of everyone living in Israel depend on the young men and
women of the IDF. It's a heavy burden for these brave soldiers to
carry. They need our support.

Advances in medical treatments and body armor have aided in
the survival of these brave soldiers. But too often, survival has a
price. A record number of soldiers are coming home without
limbs -- For every young man or woman that dies in combat,
seven come home wounded.

We urge you to attend The Friends of the IDF Annual Dinner,
October 20, 2004. With your contribution the MFIDF will help
the injured IDF Soldiers and their families to begin the
long task of rebuilding their lives. It will also provide IDF
soldiers with programs and services to improve their spirits...
as well as aid the widows and children of those who have
fallen in the defense of Israel.

The job of Israel's Soldiers is to look
after Israel...ours is to look after them.
