to restrict Reid's mail, media, tele-
phone calls and visitors because of a
"substantial risk that ... communica-

result in death or serious bodily
injury."
Reid recently filed a
handwritten suit — in
crayon, I assume — in
Denver, demanding "the
same rights and privileges
as other inmates held in
this prison."
