LOUISE AVRUNIN, 86, of Bloomfield
Hills, died Aug. 15, 2004.
She is survived by her son and daugh-
ter-in-law, George and Jill Avrunin of
Massachusetts; daughter and son-in-law,
Dana and Bruce
Coventry of
Bloomfield Hills;
grandchildren,
Eleanor Avrunin
and Joey, Lily, Zsa
Zsa and Kona
Coventry, Joe
Granzotto; sister,
Isabel Lieberman
of Farmington
Hills. She was the Avrunin
beloved wife of
the late Daniel
Avrunin.

BERNICE B. BLOCK, 89, of
Washington, D.C., died Aug. 10, 2004.
She was an accountant with the federal
government and a longtime member of
Hadassah.
Mrs. Block is survived by nieces and

Moore, Dennis and Ariane Pink, Ronna
and Michael Sather, David and
Christine Brooks, Sandi and Dr. Raul
Zimmerman, Michael Brooks, Beth and
Dr. Gary Pattee; great-nieces and a
great-nephew, Arthur Berger, Leah
Choulet and Debbie McSweeney. She
was the beloved wife of the late Samuel
Block; loving sister of the late Mollie
Pink, the late Dena Kaplan, the late
Morton Brooks.
Interment in Minneapolis, Minn.

ESTHER E. CITRON, 83, of
Southfield, died Aug. 15, 2004.
She is survived by her husband, Irving
Citron; sons and daughter-in-law,
Lawrence Citron of Madison Heights,
Robert and Ann Citron of Southfield;
daughter, Cheryl Citron of Southfield;
grandchildren, Stephanie, Alex. She was
the loving sister of the late Nathan
