Obituaries We Get Questions Q : Fifteen years ago, my parents bought lots at a cemetery which didn't fulfill its expectations or promises. As a family, we have decided to purchase lots in another cemetery. Is there a market for these lots we aren't using, or can we donate them? A: Your family's experience is echoed by many others who also were disappointed with the lots they purchased. I can put them in a file, but the likelihood of using them will only be enhanced should the cemetery decide to do the things it originally promised.
